How long does it take to Ship my order?
Average 3-10 Business days depending upon the quantity and location of the order.
If your order has not yet shipped it will appear in the tracking record in one of our other statuses. If there is an issue with your order you will receive notification from our Customer Service team via email. Otherwise you order will ship as expected without issue.

Customize Invites
Can I add my own photo to the invite?
Yes, your photo will be cleverly intergraded into the invite. If you choose not to use your own photo, invite design will come as seen in example.
Can I change the player displayed on invite?
Yes. please let our designers know in “Additional Changes” field which player you’d like on the design.
Can your invites be used for any event?
Yes. Birthdays, Save-the-Date, Baby Shower, Bar Mitzvah, Wedding Invitations or any special event.
Will I get to approve my invite before they’re printed?
Yes, we email design proofs shortly after checkout. This gives you the chance to confirm information or make changes.
How are your Print Ready Files delivered?
The print ready files will be delivered to you within 12 hours after purchase.
